At the 2026 Model UNESCO International Conference on the Ethics of Neurotechnology organised by the UNESCO Hong Kong Association and Title Sponsored by the Bank of China (Hong Kong), young delegates from 33 countries and 40 cities, covering both secondary and university level students, proposed a set of bold recommendations for governing and advancing one of the most rapidly evolving fields of our time. The "Youth Prospect on the Ethics of Neurotechnology” was released on the international youth day (August 12, 2016). It is not merely an academic exercise—it aligns directly to the policy recommendations.
